No Two Are A Perfect Two

No two line up 
just perfect, so fine.
Flavors may be too salty, 
leave one dry, parched.
Powders, mixes, crumbs may blend,
but short, not large with flavor.
Vinegar and milk make buttermilk,
butter is cut like paper with two knives.
Using a spoon, stir, drop dough larger
than dumplings onto baking sheet.
Into a heated oven baked until golden,
quickly out, not too brown.
On the table in a round bowl
A dozen drop buttermilk biscuits.
No two are a perfect two,
irregular shapes, yet crowned queens.
